BOSS helps single service members enjoy their off-duty time, give back to the community, and gain valuable leadership skills. Looking for connection, recreation, and a voice? Then BOSS is for you!
BOSS is designed for single Soldiers, by single Soldiers – giving them a say in life on post and in the barracks. Through BOSS, Soldiers can:
-
Share ideas on how to improve living conditions
-
Plan and join trips, sports, and social events
-
Give back by helping in the community
-
Develop leadership skills that apply to the military, too
The Four Pillars of Boss
Across BOSS, you’ll find four key areas: Quality of Life, Community Service, Recreation and Leisure and Life Skills.
Getting Involved in BOSS
BOSS is open to all single service members, and joining is easy. YOU determine how involved you want to be and how to participate. Attend meetings, volunteer for events, or take on a leadership role within the program.
Whether organizing activities, advocating for quality-of-life improvements, or simply showing up
and having a blast, every Soldier plays an important part in making BOSS a success.
