Berman-Varner House (Building #47) is available for rental.  The maximum capacity is 200 (standing or chairs only).  The facility has a stage in the front area, a moving partition with a door, and a rear area that is separated by a glass wall with double doors. 

Rental Availability: Monday - Friday (Closed on Off-Fridays) from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  

Rental Rate: $100.00 per day

The Anniston Army Depot Child Development Center (CDC) is an on-installation childcare center that offer full-day and part-day care for children six (6) weeks to five (years) of age, in nationally accredited environment.

We offer registration, enrollment, records transfer, parent education classes, and babysitter training and referral services for Families with children up to 18 years old.  To ensure timely service, please call to schedule an appointment.

Desoto Entertainment Center (Building #251) is available for rental.  The maximum capacity is 200 (standing or chairs only).  The facility has a stage in the front area, a moving partition with a door, and a rear area that is separated by a glass wall with double doors. 

Rental Availability: Monday - Friday (Closed on Off-Fridays) from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  

Rental Rate: $68.00 per day.    

Desoto Pastime (Building #1530) is available for rental.  The maximum capacity is 275 (standing or chairs only).  The facility has a large open area that is perfect for meetings, trainings, events, etc. 

Rental Availability: Monday - Friday (Closed on Off-Fridays) from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  

Rental Rate: $100.00 per day.    

Voted one of Alabama's top-rated campgrounds by RV Life (members) in 2024, the DeSoto RV Park & Campground is located in the DeSoto area of Anniston Army Depot and is adjacent to the White Oak pond, trail, and park & picnic area.  The park has 11 lots equipped with water and sewer hookups, electricity (20/30/50 amp), and wifi internet service.  The campground features a bathhouse equipped with restrooms and showers, a coin-operated laundry building, covered outdoor pavilion with a fire pit and grill.  Eight (8) new lots are being added with expected completion in May 2025.  

The Anniston Army Depot Main Physical Fitness Center (PFC) is located at Building #206, on the left just after entry into the Main Gate.  Physical fitness is a cornerstone of readiness and resilience and the Main PFC has cardio equipment, nautilus equipment, free weights, sauna, and locker rooms equipped with lockers and showers.  

Nichols Dining Facility is located in the heart of the Nichols Industrial Complex on Anniston Army Depot.  Nichols Dining Facility is a cafeteria style restaurant designed to meet the appetites of a hungry workforce. We offer a wide array of breakfast items as well as hot, cold and fast food for lunch service.

The Anniston Army Depot School Age Center (SAC) is an on-installation childcare center that offers before and after school programs with activities during the school year, and Spring, Summer and Winter camps during school vacations, available to children 6-12 years of age, in nationally accredited environment.
