There’s plenty available to get and stay healthy and have a great time, from team sports to individual activities to fun fitness events. There’s something for everyone!

Who Can Participate?

Youth Sports & Fitness is open to children and teens ages 3-18. Participants must be registered with Child & Youth Services (CYS) and have a current sports physical on file.

How to Get Started
