Youth Sports & Fitness offers a variety of team sports, individual activities, and special programs for children and teens ages 3-18. Whether your child wants to join a competitive league, build skills in a clinic, or just have fun staying active, there's something for everyone!

  • Homeschool PE. Structured physical education classes for homeschool students

  • Start Smart (Ages 3-5). Introductory sports program for young children

  • Teen Wellness Center. Fitness and wellness programs for youth ages 11-18

  • Running Clubs. Non-competitive running groups for youth of all age
